So, hands down MotelRocks host the most creative blogger parties of all time! Their events are always held in swanky London hotspots- this time round I was excited to see the event would be held in INK nightclub, owned by Professor Green!  This event showed us amazing work from live graffiti artists, hair stylists and nail artists! On top of this we were spoilt for choice with mini street foods, such a mini hotdogs (my ultimate fave by the way!), and mini portions of chips, as well as YooMoo frozen yogurts which were just so a-mazing! The champagne was most definitely flowing and there were plenty of familiar faces to see throughout the night! My favourite part of the night was the Instagram photo printer… by just uploading your live photo to Instagram or Twitter using the #MotelRocksTheParty your photo would instantly appear on the screen and you could print off as many copies as you liked, they then popped out in the cutest Polaroid form with the # and your Instagram name- amazing, I know!

Now, onto the party wear collection! Amazing, as always… I particularly loved the PVC pieces and the new prints were to die for! PVC is my favourite at the moment, although being a poor student means I have yet to invest in any pieces, but looking at it on other bloggers is enough for me for the time being! The collection oozed party season vibes! It’s undeniable you will be spoilt for choice when choosing your perfect party outfit! Another one of my favourite pieces from the collection was the bomber jacket in pink, they are around everywhere at the moment but the quilted version by Motel was just so perfect! Definitely keep your eyes peeled for that if you’re thinking on trend bomber jackets this season.

Joules Winter Want List!!

It’s pretty apparent that this winter is getting colder and colder as the days go on, which means only one thing… we’ll all be on the hunt for that perfect winter coat and planning those snugly nights in! So, because of this I’ve decided to put together a wish list for Joules, their products fit the winter season perfectly and they have pretty much everything you need for a cold day out or a cosy night in. Including this amazing tartan scarf for under £15, total bargain for such a pretty scarf, it’s definitely on trend yet again this season too… I think tartan is a trend we will never get bored of, it’s always reinventing itself and appearing season after season! Joules range of Women’s Quilted Jackets are a must for this season too, I love the sense of British heritage this jacket screams! I decided to add the clutch to brighten up any day time look. But seriously, how perfect is this bag!? I could see myself taking this bag everywhere, the eclectic colour is amazing and I just love it so, so much.

Personally, I really hate the winter. I know so many people love it purely because of the nights you get to sit indoors. So, I decided to combine this day out outfit with a night in wish list! Joules range of Duvet Covers are to die for! This floral print cover is my ultimate favourite, I just love the idea of the reversible side, and the colours would give any room a bright but vintage feel to it. I'm not sure about you, but this spells out the ultimate snugly night in to me. Imagine how amazing this would look in your bedroom, I may need to invest to bring my university room to life a little!

What items are you lusting over this winter?

Need a New Handbag?

If you’re a regular follow of my blog, or even my Instagram- you’ll know how much I love my bag! I do probably feature it in at least half of my outfit posts, but I should probably start looking around for a second bag I love just as much! So I thought today’s guest post would be perfect for all of those like me lusting over a new designer bag. The Tommy Hilfiger clutch below is possibly my favourite; its £120 and I am sure I would use this for almost every night out! In terms of day time bags I'm just in total love with the Ted Baker bowler handbag with leather detailing- that’s perfection!

High street it bags for autumn/winter13
As every fashion fan knows, the change of season signals a wardrobe update, with summer's shorts and dresses replaced by trusty black opaque tights and slouchy knitwear as soon as the temperature starts to drop. However, your new look would simply not be complete without a brand new piece of arm candy, so check out the pick of the It bags of the season then shop for handbags at Very.co.uk

The Winged Tote
Proving to be a firm favourite among celebrities from Jessica Alba to Reese Witherspoon, this twist on the traditional tote bag is set to be a big hit on the high street this season. Roomy enough to fit all your winter beauty essentials and everyday gadgets, a winged tote bag lends instant ladylike style to your look.

The Rucksack
The perfect balance of style and practicality, laid-back bags have never looked so good. Available across in a range of shapes, textiles and patterns, the rucksack is the sensible sartorial choice. Recently seen slung across the back of model Cara Delevingne, this classic style is a strong contender for the season's most popular It bag.

The Satchel
Yours might not be brimming with textbooks and pencils, but there's no doubting the satchel's style credentials for autumn/winter 2013. From vintage tan leathers to fashion forward neons and metallics, there are satchels to suit everyone's tastes.

The Clutch Bag
Those of us who like to travel light will probably prefer to have a miniature bag under our arm, whether it's clamped between our fingers or strapped across us. With just enough space for your daily essentials - keys, lipstick, cards and phone - a clutch bag is not just the handbag of choice for the evening, but is just right for everyday use too.

The Bowler Bag
Similar in shape and size to the equally drool-worthy doctor bag, the bowler bag is ideal for when you really can't slim down your handbag's contents any further. Think Mary Poppins meets A-List departure lounge style, and you're half way there. With a selection this stylish, why stick to just one?

What’s your favourite style?
